We know that hiring a surveyor usually means something important is happening. You may be buying a home, settling a property line, preparing to build, dividing land, or trying to make sense of property that’s been in your family for years.
Whatever brought you to us, our job is to give you clear answers and make the process as straightforward as possible for you. You’ll work with real people, you’ll know who is handling your survey. Whether you’re purchasing, selling, refinancing, or working through a real estate transaction, we’ll help determine what type of survey you need to get the information your transaction requires. ALTA/NSPS Surveys are done in accordance with current Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Surveys along with local standards and ordinances. ALTA/NSPS Requirements states that whoever is requesting the survey, fill out the attached form. This will help us provide you with what you need. If you would like to provide us with a deed or legal description of you property and our client name and billing information, we will be happy to help you through this process.
Not Sure Where Your Property Line Is?
Please provide us with a deed or legal description of the property for which you would like to know the boundary limits. If you don’t have these documents, an address will suffice. Please also provide us with our Client billing information and we will be happy to provide you with a fee to provide this service.

Before you put up a fence, shop, addition, or new home, it’s important to know exactly where you can build. We can help establish the property information you need before work begins.
Changing or Dividing Property?
If you’re splitting land, adjusting a boundary between neighboring properties, or preparing property for development, we’ll help you navigate the surveying side of the process.
Please provide us with a deed or legal description of the property for which you would like to know the boundary limits. If you don’t have these documents, an address will suffice. Please also provide us with our Client billing information and we will be happy to provide you with a fee to provide this service.
